SECTION 39-20-8

   § 39-20-8  Regulation of activities ofdomestic electric utilities without the state. – Legislative consent is hereby given to the application of regulatory and otherlaws of other states and of the United States to any domestic electric utilitywhich has acquired or has an interest in an electric generating facility or aportion thereof without the state or is otherwise acting without the statepursuant to authority granted in this chapter.
