   § 39-21.1-12  Enforcement of compliance byjudicial proceedings. – The attorney general shall, at the request of the E 911 uniform emergencytelephone system division, or any other agency that may replace it, or on itsown initiative, commence judicial proceedings in the superior court against anypublic agency, municipality, or telecommunication services provider providingcommunication services to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
