§ 39-21.1-18 First responder services.– In emergency situations which require emergency medical transportation servicesand arise out of a 911 emergency telephone system request, only those ambulanceservices which are operated by municipalities, for municipalities by contractedservices, by fire districts, or nonprofit corporations shall be used.
