SECTION 39-21-12

   § 39-21-12  Cost of 911 service toprovider. – The telephone common carrier shall recover the necessary capital and operatingcosts of providing access for E-911 within the common carrier's tariff ratesfor E-911 service. The common carrier is directed to establish and file withthe public utilities commission a tariff with rates recovering the capital andoperating costs of providing access to the network.
