SECTION 39-21-14

   § 39-21-14  Cooperation and coordinationwith other agencies. – In the performance of its duties under this chapter, the division shall beentitled to ask for and to receive from any public or private agency and anyother commission, board, officer, agency, or municipal subdivision of the statesuch information, cooperation, assistance, and advice as shall be reasonableand proper in view of the nature of its functions.
