SECTION 39-25-3
§ 39-25-3 Regulations on construction ofhigh voltage lines. – The energy facility siting board established under § 42-98-5 is herebyauthorized and directed to establish rules and regulations governingconstruction within the state of high voltage transmission lines of sixty-nine(69) kv or greater.
