§ 39-27-9 - Severability of provisions.
SECTION 39-27-9
§ 39-27-9 Severability of provisions.– The provisions of this chapter shall be severable and if the application of anyclause, sentence, paragraph, subdivision, section or part of this chapter shallbe adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgmentshall not affect, impair, or invalidate the application of any other clause,sentence, paragraph, subdivision, section or part of this chapter.
