   § 39-3-23  Charters amended –Availability of information. – The charters of all corporations subject to regulation by the division aspublic utilities are hereby amended to the extent necessary to comply with theprovisions of §§ 39-3-15 – 39-3-22 as amended; provided,however, that all information acquired under the provisions of the sectionsshall be available to the governor and to all members of the general assembly.
