SECTION 39-3-26
§ 39-3-26 Charters amended to authorizeapproved transactions. – The charters of all corporations subject to regulation by the division arehereby amended to the extent necessary to authorize the carrying out of anyagreement, merger, purchase, sale, or lease approved by the division asprovided in §§ 39-3-24 and 39-3-25.
