SECTION 39-3-6

   § 39-3-6  Appeals. – Any petitioner or any public utility or other party in interest aggrieved byany order of the division granting or refusing to grant the petition, orrescinding, altering, or amending any previous action of the division, mayappeal to the superior court as provided in § 39-5-1, and all the otherprovisions of chapters 1 – 5 of this title relative to appeals shall applyto appeals from any order.
