SECTION 39-3-7

   § 39-3-7  Fixing standards for service.– The commission shall periodically, after having given each public utilityconcerned reasonable notice and an opportunity to be heard, determine and fixby order the standard amount, quality, pressure, initial voltage, and characterof each kind of product or service to be furnished or rendered by each publicutility, and standard condition or conditions pertaining to furnishing orrendering the same, and thereafter each public utility shall furnish and renderthe same accordingly. The hearing prescribed by this section may be heldsimultaneously with the hearing prescribed by § 39-3-11.
