SECTION 39-4-11

   § 39-4-11  Orders as to unsafe or improperconditions. – If, upon a hearing and investigation, the division shall find that theregulations, practices, acts, plant or equipment, appliances, or service of anypublic utility, or any condition suffered, permitted, or maintained by anypublic utility is unsafe and non-potable or improper, or that the public safetyis endangered thereby, the division shall by order determine the properregulations, practices, acts, plant or equipment, appliances or servicethereafter to be in force and to be observed, maintained, and used by thepublic utility, and may by order require any dangerous, improper, unsafe andnon-potable condition to be removed or remedied.
