SECTION 39-4-14

   § 39-4-14  Formal investigation –Notice to utility. – If, after making a summary investigation, the division becomes satisfied thatsufficient grounds exist to warrant a formal hearing being ordered as to thematters so investigated, it shall furnish to the public utility interested, astatement notifying the public utility of the matters under investigation. Ten(10) days after the notice has been given, the division may proceed to set atime and place for a hearing and investigation.
