SECTION 39-4-16

   § 39-4-16  Service of orders –Effective date. – The division shall cause a certified copy of all its orders to be served uponan officer or agent of the public utility affected thereby, and upon thecomplainant if any there be, and all orders shall of their own force takeeffect and become operative ten (10) days after service thereof unless adifferent time be fixed by the order.
