SECTION 39-4-4
§ 39-4-4 Notice of complaint – Timeand place of hearing. – The division shall, prior to a formal hearing, notify the public utilitycomplained of that a complaint has been made, and ten (10) days after noticehas been given, the division may proceed to set a time and place for a hearingand an investigation as hereinafter provided.
