SECTION 39-4-5

   § 39-4-5  Notice of hearing on complaint– Right to appear and summon witnesses. – The division shall give the public utility and the complainant, if any, ten(10) days notice of the time and place where and when the hearing andinvestigation will be held, and the matters considered and determined. Both thepublic utility and the complainant shall be entitled to be heard and appear bycounsel, and shall have process to enforce the attendance of witnesses.
