SECTION 39-6.1-4

   § 39-6.1-4  Access to information. –The department, in performing its planning function, is authorized to requestany railroad to provide such data and information as are necessary for theplanning process. Railroads operating within the state shall provide theinformation within sixty (60) days of the date of the request. The departmentshall exercise all necessary caution to avoid disclosure of confidentialinformation supplied under this section.
