SECTION 39-6.1-7

   § 39-6.1-7  Interstate Commerce Commissioncertificate. – After acquiring any railroad lines within the state, the department shallassist any responsible person, firm, or corporation, to secure, as promptly aspossible, any order or certificate required by the Interstate CommerceCommission for the performance of railroad service. The department shall alsogive any assurances or guarantees which are necessary or desirable to carry outthe purposes of this chapter.
