§ 39-6-1 - "Railroad" defined.
SECTION 39-6-1
§ 39-6-1 "Railroad" defined. – The word "railroad," as used in chapters 6 – 9 of this title, except in§ 39-6-15 and in § 39-9-11, shall be construed so as to include allso-called tramways and all other railroads operated by steam or other power.
