§ 39-6-15 - Power to operate aircraft.
SECTION 39-6-15
§ 39-6-15 Power to operate aircraft.– Any railroad company incorporated under the laws of this state and operating arailroad in this state may acquire, own, maintain, and operate, either directlyor through subsidiary corporations, aircraft for the transportation ofpassengers and property subject to provisions of all laws of this staterelative to the operation of aircraft.
