SECTION 39-8-15
§ 39-8-15 Failure to erect signs or ringbell. – Every railroad corporation which shall neglect or refuse to comply with theprovisions of §§ 39-8-13 and 39-8-14 shall be fined not exceeding onethousand dollars ($1,000); and the corporation shall be liable for all damagessustained by any person by reason of neglect or refusal on the part of thecorporation.
