§ 39-8-16 - Closing of gates at private way.
SECTION 39-8-16
§ 39-8-16 Closing of gates at private way.– Whoever enters upon or crosses a railroad at any private way which is closed bygates or bars and neglects to close them securely, shall be fined not less thantwo dollars ($2.00) nor more than ten dollars ($10.00) and shall be liable forthe damage sustained therefrom.
