SECTION 39-8-6
§ 39-8-6 Operation of grade crossings ofrailroads. – All railroads in this state crossing any other railroad at grade shall beoperated at the crossing subject to, and in accordance with, such reasonablerules and regulations as the division of public utilities and carriers shallfrom time to time prescribe.
