SECTION 39-9-10

   § 39-9-10  Forfeiture for failure toobserve established rates for milk. – A corporation which refuses or neglects to receive, forward, or deliver milk bythe can at the tariff rates so fixed and notified to it by the division ofpublic utilities and carriers, shall forfeit to the person tendering the sameten dollars ($10.00) for each and every can which it so refuses to receive orneglects to forward or deliver, to be recovered in action of tort.
