§ 4-11-11 Enforcement of chapter –Rules and regulations. – The director of environmental management in cooperation with the local healthofficers shall carry out the provisions of this chapter. The director ofenvironmental management is authorized to make reasonable rules and regulationsto carry out the provisions of this chapter.
