SECTION 4-11-3

   § 4-11-3  Records to be kept by dealers.– (a) Persons who import, purchase, breed, sell, exchange, barter, give away, orotherwise deal in psittacine birds shall keep records of each bird consistingof the following data:

   (1) Breeder's name and address;

   (2) Identifying band number;

   (3) Species of bird;

   (4) Date of transfer to new owner; and

   (5) Name and address of new owner.

   (b) These records shall be kept for a minimum period of two(2) years and be subject to inspection by the local health officer or arepresentative of the state department of environmental management.
