SECTION 4-12-11

   § 4-12-11  Revocation of movement permit.– Any permit for the movement of bees or used beekeeping equipment into thestate, or any health certificate, issued by the director or authorizedpersonnel, may be revoked for cause by the director or authorized personnel.Notice of this revocation shall be in writing and shall be mailed, by certifiedmail, to the last known address of the holder of the permit or certificate.
