SECTION 4-12-17

   § 4-12-17  Penalties. – Any person who violates any provision or requirement of §§ 4-12-1– 4-12-16 or who forges, counterfeits, defaces, destroys, or wrongfullyuses or possesses any certificate provided for in §§ 4-12-5 –4-12-14 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall bepunished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
