SECTION 4-13.1-13

   § 4-13.1-13  Liability of parents fordamages caused by dog owned by minor. – In the event that the owner or keeper of the vicious dog is a minor, the parentor guardian of that minor is liable for all injuries and property damagesustained by any person or domestic animal caused by an unprovoked attack bythat vicious dog.
