§ 4-13.1-14 - Severability.
SECTION 4-13.1-14
§ 4-13.1-14 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter, or the application of this chapter to anyperson or circumstance, is held invalid, the validity of the remainder of thechapter and the application of those provisions to other persons andcircumstances shall not be affected by that invalidity.
