§ 4-13.1-8 - Exemptions.
SECTION 4-13.1-8
§ 4-13.1-8 Exemptions. – (a) Sections 4-13.1-3 – 4-13.1-7 shall not apply to kennels licensed inaccordance with the provisions of this chapter or chapter 19 of this title.
(b) This chapter shall not apply to K-9 or other dogs ownedby any police department or any law enforcement officer which are used in theperformance of police work.
