SECTION 4-13-32

   § 4-13-32  Penalty for violation of rabiessuppression provisions. – Any person violating the provisions of §§ 4-13-29 and 4-13-31 shallbe charged with a misdemeanor and fined not less than two hundred dollars($200) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) for each offense or beimprisoned for not less than ten (10) days nor more than thirty (30) daysand/or be subject to confiscation of the animal(s) which is/are the basis ofthe violation.
