SECTION 4-13-7

   § 4-13-7  Notice as to time and place ofissuing licenses. – The city or town clerks of the several cities and towns shall annually, in themonth of March, give notice by publication at least once in a newspaper ofgeneral circulation within the city or town, giving notice to the people of thetime and place for issuing the licenses provided for in this chapter.
