SECTION 4-14-10

   § 4-14-10  Replevin to recover impoundedanimals. – Any person whose beasts are impounded may, if he or she sees cause, maintain awrit of replevin, to be sued out and prosecuted before the district courthaving jurisdiction in the city or town where they were impounded.
