SECTION 4-14-15

   § 4-14-15  Judgment for plaintiff inreplevin. – If it appears, upon the default of the defendant or otherwise, that the beastswere taken without sufficient or justifiable cause, the plaintiff shall havejudgment for his or her damages caused by the unjust taking and detaining ofthe beasts, and for his or her costs of suit.
