SECTION 4-15-8

   § 4-15-8  Disposition of penalties. –The poundkeeper shall pay one half (1/2) of every sum received by him or her asa penalty, in pursuance of § 4-15-7, to the city or town treasurer of thecity or town in which the pound is situated, and one half (1/2) to the personwho impounded the animal.
