SECTION 4-18-13
§ 4-18-13 Exceptions. – The department upon application may grant variances from the requirements ofthese regulations as it determines are authorized by law and will not result inhazard to the public health. Those applications, and variances made, shall bein writing and any variances granted under this section shall set forthconditions designed to protect the public health, and shall be granted only fora specified period.
