SECTION 4-19-11.3

   § 4-19-11.3  Penalty for violations. –Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapterunless otherwise stated is subject upon conviction to a fine of five hundreddollars ($500) for the first offense and not to exceed one thousand dollars($1000) for the second and subsequent offense and loss of specimen(s) andrevocation of license and/or certificate after a public hearing.
