SECTION 4-19-12.1
§ 4-19-12.1 Public health exemptions.– Destruction of animals using gas shall be permitted only by state agencies forthe protection of public health. In addition, companies permitted by thedepartment of environmental management pursuant to § 20-1-18 shall also beexempt from this ban on the use of gas.
