SECTION 4-19-20

   § 4-19-20  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or the application of any provision to anyperson or circumstances are held invalid, the remainder of the chapter and theapplication of any provision to persons or circumstances other than those as towhich it is held invalid shall not be affected by this invalidity.
