SECTION 4-19-7

   § 4-19-7  Dealer licenses. – No person shall be a dealer, as defined in this chapter, after the first day ofthe fiscal year unless a license to deal has been granted by the director tothat person. Application for the license shall be made in the manner providedby the director. The license period is the fiscal year and the license fee isone hundred dollars ($100) for each license period or part beginning with thefirst day of the fiscal year.
