   § 4-20-2  Notification requirements. –No person, firm, corporation, or association shall conduct or promote any rodeowithout first having notified in writing the animal control officer of the cityor town in which this event is to take place. The notification shall includethe dates and times of this event and the identity of the person who has chargeof this event.
