SECTION 4-20-3

   § 4-20-3  Presence of veterinarianrequired. – No person, firm, corporation, or association shall conduct or promote any rodeowithout requiring the presence of a veterinarian licensed to practice in RhodeIsland during the time that this event is taking place. The veterinarianemployed shall be one who has had experience in the treatment of large animallife for a period of not less than two (2) years. All expenses incurred for thepresence of and services rendered by the veterinarian employed shall be theresponsibility of the promoter of the event.
