SECTION 4-3-10

   § 4-3-10  Enforcement – Rules andregulations. – The director is hereby charged with administration and enforcement of theprovisions of §§ 4-3-1 – 4-3-11 and is authorized to make andenforce all rules and regulations which the director deems necessary to carryout the purposes of §§ 4-3-1 – 4-3-11.
