SECTION 4-3-11

   § 4-3-11  Penalty for violations. –Any person who violates any of the provisions of, or who fails to perform anyduty imposed by §§ 4-3-1 – 4-3-11 or who violates any rule orregulation promulgated under these sections is guilty of a misdemeanor, andupon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than two hundreddollars ($200). In addition, that person may be enjoined from continuing thatviolation. Each day upon which that violation occurs constitutes a separateviolation.
