SECTION 4-3-2

   § 4-3-2  Applicability of §§4-3-1 – 4-3-11. – Sections 4-3-1 – 4-3-11 shall apply to any person or persons who feedsgarbage, other than from his or her own domestic household, to more than four(4) swine.
