SECTION 4-3-9

   § 4-3-9  Maintenance and examination ofrecords. – Any authorized representative of the director may examine any records ormemoranda pertaining to the feeding of garbage to swine. The director mayrequire maintenance of records relating to the operation of equipment for andprocedure of treating garbage to be fed to swine. Copies of those records shallbe submitted to the director on request.
