SECTION 4-4-15

   § 4-4-15  Cooperation in federal Bang'sdisease plan. – The state department of environmental management shall cooperate with theUnited States government in connection with the prevailing federal plan for thecontrol and eradication of Bang's disease and that department may makereasonable rules and regulations governing the control and eradication ofBang's disease including federal approved vaccinal procedures; and the generalassembly shall annually appropriate any sum as it may deem necessary to carryout the purposes in the operation of a plan for the payment of positivereactors to the Bang's disease test and the eradication of that contagious andinfectious disease.
