SECTION 4-4-17

   § 4-4-17  Importation or exposure ofdiseased animals. – Any person bringing into the state any neat cattle or other animals which he orshe knows to be infected with any infectious or contagious disease, or whoexposes the cattle or other animals, known to him or her to be infected, toother cattle and animals not infected with an infectious or contagious disease,shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than fivehundred dollars ($500).
