SECTION 4-4-18

   § 4-4-18  City and town ordinances. –The city and town councils of the several cities and towns may pass anyordinances as they think proper, to prevent the spread of infectious orcontagious diseases among cattle and other animals within their cities andtowns, and may prescribe penalties for the violation of the ordinances, notexceeding twenty dollars ($20.00) for any one offense.
